That’s EASY! I have hundreds of friends on Facebook, Twitter, and Thousands on Myspace. I can do this!!“
Next thing you know, reality calls upon Chuck Norris to round house kick your dreams and now your left sitting on your computer scrutinizing the freebie industry because no body cares to sign up under you!
Either way, for those of you slowly dying of Freebie Site Referral Starvation, I’m here to save your life!
So, Here’s 6 Reasons why You’re a Waste of Referral Links…

YOU DON’T SHOW YOUR FACE -
So many referral freebie chasers talk a big game about getting free prizes but they hide behind stock images or “Anime Character Avatars”! Personally, I can understand that you don’t want to associate yourself with Incentive Based Freebie Networks because people often think they’re scams! However, if you’re trying to convince people that these sites are legitimate, then SHOW YOUR FACE and STAND BY IT! Defend the Freebie Industry!
In reality, you can’t expect people to trust you if you don’t give them a piece of yourself!! Think about it; would you accept “Free” tickets to a concert from a Masked Man in a trench coat?! HELL NO!! Let people see your face, don’t be afraid of criticism.
Truth is, People follow other People… Not Bots, Not Scams, not anonymous users with nicknames, and especially not STOCK IMAGES!
YOU’RE ALL TALK…
Listen, if your making claims and have nothing to show for it, then people are not going to listen to you. As far as anyone’s concerned, you’re just a messenger!
So, in order to get people to pay attention to you, have something to show for it…
- Have some photos to back it up! Just like i mentioned in Eazy Refs Guide, try and use images.. testimonial pics.. etc. If you have a Big Screen HDTV setup at your home, take a pic and show it off! Have a pic of yourself STANDING NEXT to your Bit Screen TV!
- If you don’t have a Freebie of your Own? Then use the testimonial pics showcased in your freebie site. People like to know that other people are actually getting prizes. However, DO NOT MAKE FALSE CLAIMS about images that are Not Your Own!
SHOW OFF YOUR PROGRESS
If you’ve never gotten a freebie, then take pictures of your Progress! Do a print screen on your account to show that you’re getting referrals, even if they’re not active!
YOU’RE NOT SHARING YOUR PERSONAL STORY
Listen, If you’re trying to get people’s attention on youtube or blogger and all your saying is, “YOU CAN GET COOL PRIZES…, It’s FREE, YOU CAN REALLY EARN PRIZES.. YOU THIS… YOU THAT…” then you’re going to FAIL!
No one in their right minds are going to believe that you genuinely CARE that they get free prizes! Instead, your viewers will start to wonder, “hmm.. What DO YOU GET out of SHOWING ME these SITES???”
Having and or sharing a personal story will allow your readers to warm up and be open up to you. Let them understand WHY you want them to sign up. Don’t pretend that you’re getting free prizes when you’re NOT!
Give your readers a piece of your self as they read how you got your FREE LED HDTV and watched an amazing Football game with your FAVORITE NFL player Kicking A$$; assuming you are indeed a football fan!
Even if you’ve never earned prizes before, share your story, still! Give people a piece of yourself.
YOU’RE NOT TARGETING the RIGHT AUDIENCE!
Do you know how often I see people promoting Consoles.Freebiejeebies (Free Game Consoles) on Macintosh Forums? I see that CRAP ALOT. Why would you offer a link to free game consoles to a community of people who are only expressing interest in Macintosh Computers?
You can’t just go to random people and offer your referral links. It’s much better to target an audience of people actively expressing interest in products and or services your freebie site offers!
I did mention that you should pick a niche you can relate to the most. In this way, you can easily understand how they feel and what they think. That’s when you’re able to utilize words and content to emotionally persuade your audience to take action! If you’re not all too familiar with the niche you’re targeting.. it can be difficult to get them to move!”

YOU’RE NOT GIVING ENOUGH VALUE
When people are not confident they can achieve success, they never take action. So if you’re offering your referral links to people who want that New Xbox 360 before Halo Reach comes out, but they’re not confident they can get friends to sign up, then they simply will ignore your referral links. Now, what if you knew how to EMPOWER you prospects and make them WANT to sign up as YOUR LOYAL REFERRAL!? I mean, to the point where they ONLY COME TO YOU if they wanted to sign up under any freebie site?
Today, in the Freebie Industry, everyone you promote your referral links to pretty much know that they have to undergo some participation before they can earn your free reward. Even still, they may not be confident that these websites are legitimate. So ultimately, you’re asking your viewers to register into an industry they are not familiar with and you have nothing to offer them but a link.
YOU EXPECT PEOPLE TO SIGN UP IMMEDIATELY…
People who have no experience or knowledge of the freebie industry almost NEVER sign up the first time someone (YOU) promotes a ref link to them. Fact is, your viewers may want to LEARN MORE before they register under your link. So you’re pretty much tossing your links around, and then it ends up taking up space on the internet!
BE THERE FOR THE SKEPTICS
So rather than ONLY having a Referral link to offer, you should also provide a source where they can learn more about the industry and or how they can collect referrals so they feel confident they can earn their prize. Write a blog or an article for those who have questions. Otherwise, if you’re not there to guide them and teach them what they want to know, their just gonna start running around scratching their heads hoping to learn more, and end up searching the wrong places. Ultimately they end up asking questions on YAHOO ANSWERS where all the IDIOTS who know CRAP about freebie industry say, “Yup, they’re all scams!” Either that or they eventually sign up under someone else’s link.
So don’t just toss your links and expect people to sign up. That’s like giving people your business card and expecting them to call you without researching about your organization.

YOU DON’T WANT TO BE REFERRED!!!
Now isn’t this Selfish huh? Now how could you possibly expect to collect referrals when you’re ignoring referral links to sites you already plan to register with? It’s about time to drop the egos and begin supporting each other! I won’t lie, I’ve been guilty of that in past. Part of it comes from the fact that we may find difficulty collecting referrals, so we don’t want to help out “competition”!
Now that’s the problem, we treat other participants like their competition! So we don’t support each other. Now what does that mean? It means collecting referrals is even HARDER than is necessary! Do you understand? So lets toss away the HATER-RAID drinks and be supportive. If you plan on signing up with a freebie site, then make it a habit to sign up under someone’s link.
I personally believe in Karma. Every site I registered under the last six months have been under people’s referral links that I actively searched for! Therefore, I’ve had more referrals than I’ve had before I stopped signing up with Non-Referred accounts! However, that’s My Reality! Doesn’t have to be yours!
YOU AREN’T COMPLETING OFFERS
Here’s Something I want to Address to Some of You who are Reading This Post:
If you HAVE YET to complete an OFFER on your freebie site, then you’re probably DOOMING yourself to complete failure!
How is that? Well, if you complete an offer on your freebie site, then you’ve made the decision to COMMIT to getting your free prize. However, if you decide to WAIT and get some referrals BEFORE you complete an offer, then you’re mentally giving yourself an opening to quit. Psychologically, this means that you are not 100% confident that you will earn your free prize. So after a few days of promoting and you’re still not getting Referrals, you’ll probably end up abandoning your account searching for another freebie site hoping to experience better results.
Don’t get me wrong, this isn’t the ABSOLUTE TRUTH. But is a GENERAL FACT! I mean, I can bet that you might have several dead accounts on multiple freebie sites…
So it’s very important that you complete your requirements RIGHT AWAY. Because when you do, then not only did you decide to commit, you ultimately work harder on your promotional content, which will make it 100X better. STATISTICALLY SPEAKING… those who complete an offer tend to attract more referrals than those who don’t! Commitment is the NUMBER 1 KEY to earning a free prize!
YOU’RE TALKING TOO MUCH ABOUT FREEBIE SITES
Here’s a secret. NO BODY CARES about HOW AWESOME a FREEBIE SITE IS. Your prospects only CARE about the PRIZES! If you’re site took away your ability to win prizes, would you still participate? NO!!! (>_<)! The reason you signed up in the first place was because you saw one or more awesome gifts you went Insane for.
So what did you learn? SHUT UP and STOP TALKING all about your Site! Only talk about what your viewers care about. If you’re targeting an audience of video gamers, then only talk about getting free video game consoles using your freebie site!
YOU’RE BEGGING FOR REFERRALS
Listen, when you go on forums and as people, “PLEASE HELP ME GET MY PRIZE… I need HELP!”, you are seriously doing HEAVY DAMAGE to YOUR SELF! Why, because this is what your Viewers will probably think; “Hmm.. she’s in desperate need of help to get referrals. So that means, If i signed up under her link, then that means I’m going to have a HARD TIME TOO! … So, NOPE, I’m not gonna put myself through that!”
YOU’RE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR SHORTCUTS!
Listen to me when i say this, THERE’S NO SECRET METHOD in existence that’s going to make all of your FREEBIE DREAMS COME TRUE OVER-NIGHT!
Funny Story
Could you believe that a few freebie losers were trying to sell the Freebie Kingz Eazy Refs Referral Guide (My Copyright and Trademark) in return for referrals? They would go on to forums and say, “Hey I have an AWESOME GUIDE that can help you get LOADS of REFERRALS FAST. If you want a copy, just complete an offer and under my link and I’ll email you a free copy!”
Now guess what happened next,
1) People were not Buying their Stupid Game. “How is it that you possess a guide that can teach you how to get eazy referrals but you’re asking people to be your referral before they can get it?” Next thing you know, the idiot claiming to be the owner of our Copyright gets BASHED by everyone who read the forum, “Dude Ur an A$$ HOLE…” “You think we’re stupid.. !” The posts were pretty funny and this happened in several forums and sites.
2) Luckily for us, we have people policing all the popular freebie forums. After receiving emails from people exposing these desperate copyright abusers, we took action against those who didn’t listen to the warning!
What’s the POINT?
People looking for Shortcuts ultimately fail. When they fail, they fail big time. Whether they make a Youtube Video claiming to have Hacked a Freebie Site, or make false claims, you’ll never win! Even today, freebie networks have staff who monitor the activity produced by the site’s members. They can even track where you’re referrals are coming from. If your methods violate the terms, your account will be shut down, frozen, etc.
The point in participating in the freebie industry is to PARTICIPATE! The more times you cheat, the harder you make it for everyone to earn prizes. New rules are added every time a bug or a loophole is abused!
FINAL THOUGHTS
I’M NOT SUGGESTING that you do EVERYTHING I listed here. These tips are simple details that you can change or add to your referral attraction strategies or tactics. That’s all! I’m not trying to overwhelm you with loads of information!
